Grande Woods North does not rent homes, and tenants are not permitted to sublet homes. Grande Woods North owns the land the homes are placed upon, the tenants own the homes and pay a lot rent for the land. The lot rent includes sewer, water, property tax, school tax, and weekly trash collection. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities such as gas, electric, cable, and phone.
