No. GrandCare simply offers an efficient and comprehensive caregiving tool that allows you and any other Caregivers you designate to receive and respond to potential alerts. GrandCare Systems does not have a call center to monitor alerts. Some professional Caregivers may offer this service as an add-on, check with your local GrandCare Dealer for more information.
