Does golgi body involves in the synthesis of cell membrane?
Yes. Most of the components of the cell membrane are manufactured in the smooth endoplasmic reticulum and on the ribosomes of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. They are then transported to the Golgi, sorted into proper transport vesicles, and transported into the cell membrane. Golgi is involved in distributing things to other cell organelles, including the cell membrane.
