GoldExchange does not require Exchange Server. It can function with any of the Microsoft Post Offices, and all 32 bit Exchange clients, including Inbox, Windows Messaging, Exchange 4.0/5.0 and Outlook 97/98 (in either Workgroups or Corporate mode.) If you are using the Calendaring features, however, either Outlook 97 or 98 (Workgroups or Corporate mode) are required.
