Yes, I’ve argued that on here several times. If we assume that- a) God’s omniscience includes the future (and according to Christians it does, because they claim God knows the date everyone will die), and b) God is perfect, then it is logically absurd that humans would also possess free will. Basically, if God knows everything including the future, then he already knows every action every human being will ever take. He already knew every action to be taken before he even created the human in question. Further, if God is perfect, then there is no way in which any human could ever act in a manner contrary to how God already knew he or she would act, since by doing so the human would prove God was wrong and therefore imperfect. So if no human is ever free to act in a manner contrary to how God already knows he or she will act, where’s the “free will”? Where’s the other option that has to exist in order for there to be free choice between alternatives in the first place? At best under the
