I am looking at the present tense. God currently does not love Satan. Satan is evil. God is perfect and holy. God cannot love evil. Lucifer was good and holy. God was good and holy. God lovED Lucifer. I do not see how this statement shows that God loves Satan, if that’swhat you are trying to defend.
