Does God approve of war just as long as its for good against evil?
Not “just as long as” but “if its truly good against evil”. When you look into the faces of half a dozen Afghani men who have had their nose cut off only because they shaved their beards then you will know evil. When you walk into a Vietnamese village and find a pile of children’s arms, cut off by VC because the day before you vaccinated them then you know the hand of evil. When you see a rape room, or blood covered red walls of a torture room or African men and woman with there hands cut off then you know the evil men do. Blessed are the peace makers for they hunt down Satan’s horde and send evil back to hell where it belongs. Yes God does approve I have no doubt. The United States Army fights for one thing, not for land, or women, or imaginary virgins, or a place in heaven, or wealth, or power, not for King, or Dictator, but to set men free.
