For travel within India, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure at the airport and for travel to international destinations you must reach 60 minutes before departure. Our customer service staff will escort you from the departure lounge of the airport. They will also take care of all the formalities for you, including obtaining customs and immigration clearances. For international flights our ground support staff will store your baggage in the aircraft before the flight departs and on arrival hand it over to you.
