Does GivingExpress Online include nonprofit organizations worldwide or only those in the United States?
GivingExpress Online’s charity database includes only those organizations recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as public charities. Although all of these organizations are registered in the U.S., some of them conduct charitable operations around the world. Because U.S. donors cannot claim an income tax deduction for gifts to foreign charities, GivingExpress Online does not process online donations to these charities.
