Does Girls Lacrosse get money from the general Athletic Booster Club?
Yes, but only the money that the individual booster designated for Girl Lacrosse. When you join the Lake Mary Booster Club you designate which 2 sports you want a portion of your fees to go to ($25 per sport). Last year the Girl Lacrosse program received $75 from the general Athletic Booster Club. The General Athletic Booster Club does a terrific job supporting our Lake Mary Athletics through improvements to out playing facilities, scholarships, and other support activities. Fringe sports like Lacrosse must rely on the player’s parents and Lacrosse Boosters to fund a majority of the expenses.
