Both the gWhiz applications and Google Documents support international characters. Unfortunately a particular device may not be able to properly display them and that depends on both the model of the device and the service provider. There are a number of threads on CrackBerry or Pinstack that may be able to help with a particular device/service. Some customers have had success configuring their phone for international languages and you will find several sets of Korean language flashcards a customer contributed to the gWhiz Catalog.
