Does Get Heard Be Seen.com have a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we will only issue exchanges on defective products. Items must be postmarked for return within seven days of your receipt. It must also include all original packaging. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Defective items will only be exchanged for the original purchase title. Returns will need to be checked and approved by management before exchange. All sales are final. There will be no refunds.
