Does Georgetown College have an intercollegiate riding team (IHSA)?
Because of our business focus on careers in the horse industry, Georgetown College does not have a riding team. However, our prime location in Horse Capital of the World allows students to take advantage of the multitude of riding and educational resources at the Kentucky Horse Park, as well as the wide variety of horse farms and boarding stables in the area. If students want to form a riding team or club on their own, they are encouraged to do so. Students can also show individually or as a team under Georgetown colors.
