Does Genius support mail merge in email sent using Genius solutions (Genius Email Marketing, Genius Demand Generation or Genius Marketing Automaion)?
Yes. Genius supports mail merge fields, not only for the recipient, but also for the contact owner. You can also use mail merge in the subject line. This means that the recipient’s name, company name, etc. (any field in the lead or contact record) can be used in the subject line, salutation and body of the email. You can also insert the contact owner’s name and contact information automatically as a signature in the email (the contact owner is typically the sales account manager responsible for a designated territory or vertical market).
