Does GCA enroll special-needs children?
We evaluate each prospective student on an individual basis, and, when we are capable of helping them, do enroll certain special-needs kids. However, we are not generally equipped to instruct special-needs children. Q: Do you offer Kindergarten and First Grade?A: Yes, provided that we have a minimum of three potential students per class by August 1. Q: How large is GCA? How about your facilities?A: We are a smaller Christian school in enrollment, but not in the scope or rigor of our program. Our enrollment varies from as few as 15 to as many as 40 per year. Our facilities, while modest, are operated in a first-class manner and are safe, clean, and functional. Q: Do you have a dress code?A: Yes. We require students in grades 1-12 to wear uniforms. Boys are required to have traditional, conservative haircuts and girls’ uniforms include modest skirts and jumpers. The dress code becomes a bit more formal for students in grades 7-12.
