Effective January 1, 2005, GBAR will not be offering the Salesperson’s Pre-Licensing Course and will focus instead on offering more continuing education instruction, professional development seminars, and professional designation courses for practicing residential real estate professionals. Please visit The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate for a list of Authorized Real Estate Schools in Massachusetts—many of which currently offer the Pre-Licensing Course.
