No, as BitTorrent software does not use magnet links in the same way as Galton and other applications do. The magnet links created by Galton identify files directly. BitTorrent-style magnet links instead identify files indirectly. A BitTorrent-style magnet link identifies a small “.torrent” file. The “.torrent” file in turn identifies files and provides the necessary information for downloading those files through a BitTorrent peer-to-peer network. Galton does not currently support creating “.torrent” files or BitTorrent-style magnet links.
