Does GALLERY M have a return or exchange policy?
Yes. GALLERY M enables any GALLERY M collector to return or exchange their work of art purchased from us up to 10 days after an initial acquisition. A full refund will be honored less any shipping or handling fees. After the 10 day period, GALLERY M collectors are allowed to use our “Trade-Up” program. The program is in force for a full year after the initial purchase. To exchange a work, the value of the new work must be at least 10% greater than the original price paid. The difference is due at the time of the exchange. Additional information can be found online under policies.
