Does frozen meat weigh more than meat that is not frozen?

It might seem that thawed meat weighs less that frozen, though, if during the thawing liquid water is allowed to drain from the thawing meat. However, if the meat is sealed (as it should be) when frozen, and left that way when it thaws, there will be no change of mass.
