Does fresh2 come with a warranty or guarantee?
Fresh2 comes with a 90 day money back guarantee (from the date of the purchase) if you’re not completely satisfied. Plus fresh2 is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. if this product should fail to operate due to defects in material or workmanship, simply return the product to the manufacturer, Technical Consumer Products (TCP) along with original sales receipt within one year of purchase. The product will be repaired or replaced, at TCP’s discretion. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product. Warranty is void if product is not used for the purpose for which it is manufactured. Please, note that odor eliminating results of fresh2 will vary depending on room size and airflow. And to work effectively, the bulb must have contact with the air, therefore it must be used in an uncovered socket or fixture.
