Does “frequency spectrum” in broadcasting businesses and mobile devices a kind of “natural resources” ?
As I am in Bangkok many people don’t know what “frequency spectrum” is even they watch television and use mobile phone everyday. Economically, I think it doesn’t give out energy directly as gas oil or wind but it is the fundamental source of vast business activities in human life. If it is legally well-accepted as a kind of natural resources , we may have wider perspective in preserving wealth which is hand down to us from nature.
