A8: Before reconstitution freezing and thawing does not affect the reagents. Reconstituted reagents containing luciferin can be frozen at -80°C but not at -20°C. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. All other reagents and diluents including ATP standards can be frozen and thawed.
