Yes. FoodWorks contains all updates from all Dietary Reference Intakes report developed by the National Academy of Sciences and Health Canada. This includes RDA, AI (Adequate Intake), AMDR (Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range), and reference energy expenditure values.
