Yes. FLEXlm has no direct interaction with NFS. FLEXlm uses an NFS-mounted file like any other application. D.3.10 Does FLEXlm work with ATM, ISDN, Token-Ring, etc. In general, these have no impact on FLEXlm. FLEXlm requires TCP/IP. So long as TCP/IP works, FLEXlm will work.
