I read in a newspaper that fish oil can help exercise induced asthma- is that true? Do I have to eat fish-oil specifically or can I eat fish instead (I really, really, hate fish-oil…)? A. No one really proved that omega-3 actually helps asthma, although some doctors say it is. If I was in your situation, I’d just give it a try and see if it helps me (just ask your doctor before if omega 3 wouldn’t interfere with your other medications).
