Does Find a Nurse contain specific information about a member’s disciplinary history?
Yes. Referrals to the Discipline or Fitness to Practise Committee are public information and appear on Find a Nurse. In addition, public information about findings of professional misconduct, incompetence or incapacity is on Find a Nurse. If a nurse self-reports a finding of professional negligence or malpractice, then that can also be found on Find a Nurse. Q: Why is this information on the College’s website?
