Does FileClerk handle computer-generated documents?
SANG-TECH supports optical storage and on-line retrieval of computer-generated reports at page level via a FileClerk support module known as SPYVIEW. SPYVIEW provides an ideal departmental or company-wide solution that is a cost-effective, flexible alternative to computer output to microfiche (COM), magnetic disk, tape and computer printouts. SPYVIEW’s design and simple implementation provide immediate and long range benefits. Since SPYVIEW does not require proprietary hardware, the module can operate on any standard AS/400 supported terminal or PC attached workstation. The installation of SPYVIEW on the AS/400 allows the computer generated output to be effectively managed and shared among multiple users throughout the organization. Access to the report information is controlled by system administrator-assigned secuity levels.
