Does FHP take responsibility for the quality of healthcare service provided by the providers of the FHP Network ?
No. We do monitor the quality of healthcare delivered by the providers periodically and update our records w.r.t. the facilities at the providers. Review of the services offered and the ‘outcomes’/ ‘performance’ evaluation criteria is also applied to ensure qualitative healthcare delivery to the members. Largely, providers ensure compliance with our parameters and deliver appreciable medical service. However, there could be a few exceptions, for which FHP cannot bear the responsibility.
