Does FGL offer dividend payments on its stock?
The Company expects to pay dividends to holders of Class “A” Common Shares on a quarterly basis. Dividends will be payable to shareholders of record on specified dates following the announcement. All dividends paid by The Forzani Group Ltd. are, pursuant to subsection 89 (14) of the Income Tax Act, designated as eligible dividends. An eligible dividend paid to a Canadian resident is entitled to the enhanced dividend tax credit. The Company declared its first dividend on December 7, 2007, equivalent to $0.30 annually.
