Does FGI provide E-Counseling services?
Yes, E-Counseling is an innovation that allows people who are not comfortable with face-to-face sessions or have schedule or travel constraints to develop an on-line relationship with a qualified counselor at FGI. While not anonymous, E-Counseling services are highly confidential and transmissions are encoded for privacy. You or your family member will need your employee number to register and then a personal password will be issued for your use of E-Counseling services.
