i had a problem with my breast milk and wanted to try to produce more so my midwife gave me a recipe with fenugreek and banana that you have to drink and i found that it didn’t work at all.

I took fenugreek herbal supplements from Holland and Barett and they worked very well for me, except they made me smell like curry!
