The PGi Fax2Mail service supports most common file formats natively. Other proprietary file formats are supported by installing a Print Driver on your PC. Sign into PGi Fax2Mail by clicking on the Login link at the top of this page and choosing Desktop Fax. Then, click on the “Download Center” tab. Select the “Fax2Mail Driver” or “DocuManager Fax Driver” link and download the software to your PC. Install the software following the instructions and then print the file from the native application. The output will be sent to the PGi Fax2Mail service and delivered regardless of the application used to create the output.
