Does FastPictureViewer supports multiple languages?
Yes. FastPictureViewer’s internals were multi-lingual from the start (the program is a native Unicode application at the core). FPV currently ships with a number of languages, including Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, … with more to come in the future. Available languages are installed by default (they take about 30KB each) and the program selects the appropriate translation automatically, from the user’s regional settings in Control Panel or from the operating system’s language. Alternatively, the language can be forced with a command line option, such as for example FastPictureViewer -lang:JA for Japanese. Multi-lingual support is optional and can be disabled at installation time.
