Yes. FastPictureViewer Professional supports multi-page TIFFs (MTIFF), GIF and DjVU files (DjVU requires a separate 3rd party codec). The program scrolls seamlessly inside and between files, and mixing single-page and multi-page documents within the same folder is fully supported.
