Does Fairfax Cryobank have a return policy?
Fairfax Cryobank does offer a return option if you later decide you no longer want units in storage. You can return vials for one half of the original purchase price if they have never left Fairfax Cryobank. Once donor sperm vials have been shipped out, Fairfax Cryobank cannot accept them back for credit. However, you can return them and place them into a storage account.
