Does facebook record IPs/ISPs/Proxys?
Yes, they record ip’s even if they won’t tell you. It’s a very simple piece of code. It doesn’t matter if someone knows your ip. If they don’t work at your ISP (internet service provider) they can never know your home address. But they can know the city you live in and around the area in the city. I run many websites and as soon as you come to one of them, I will know your ip. I have thousands of vistors that visit my site and their is really nothing useful I can do with those ip’s except ban the ones that disrupt my site.
