Does eYarder.com use Cookies to track users?
No! eYarder.com does not use Cookies and will not write any cookie data to your hard drive. However, you may need to configure your browser to accept third party cookies in order for eYarder.com to login you in and keep you logged in while you use the web site. It sounds a little odd, but even though we do not write cookies to your hard drive, you still need to have cookies enabled within your web browser in order for you to use eYarder.com. The reason for this is that the HTTP protocol that you use to browse the web is stateless and we must create a temporary Session variable (like a cookie) to remain connected to your computer while you work on our web site. Each request for a page is completely independant of earlier requests, so if you want subsequent pages to “remember” the user name that you entered when you logged in, we have to store that information on your computer temporarily.
