Does Extended Schools mean extra work for my teaching and non-teaching staff, including the caretaker?

Additional facilities will obviously require additional support. This does not necessarily have to come from existing staff. It may be an opportunity to extend the current staff, to offer extra incentives or to rely on other professionals and voluntary organisations. Detailed guidance on this and other aspects of workforce reform will be provided as a result of the involvement of the National Remodelling Team in the Extended Schools initiative.
