Does Express Air Taxi have a cancellation policy?
Yes, in our cancellation policy, we ask that if a customer wishes to cancel a flight they notify Express Air Taxi at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge the customer 10% of the quoted price of the flight and any incurred cost if cancellation is not made prior to the 12 hour window before the scheduled departure time.
