All employees and their respective time entries are included in the same .IIf file each time you export. QuickBooks® reads the .IIf file and enters time for each user as included in the .IIf file. The .IIf file that is created each time you create an export file will contain only time entries that have not been previously included in an earlier export file and that have been marked ‘Approved’. You can also set the date thru which the available time entries are included in the export file.
