ECC works only with IE. Many other browsers (including Mozilla, Firefox and Opera) do not need this utility. Q: What does optimized mean? A: Cookies are stored in files. One file may contain more than one cookie. If only several cookies (not all) in this file are expired, then we delete these cookies from a file (do not delete all file) and report this file as optimized.
