Does Expedia share reviews with the hotel (service/suppliers)?
Our suppliers may read reviews published on our website. In our continuing efforts to improve customer service and your hotel stays booked through Expedia, we may share your review with a supplier and in some cases provide your full name and booking ID in order to fully understand each guests situation and to resolve specific incidents that occurred during the trip.
