Does exist any incentive on new investments?
Investments were again incentivated for the second regulation period by payment of a rate increased by 1% to 3% compared to that paid on capital existing (6.7%) and for a duration of between five to 15 years. Both the increase in the remuneration rate and duration differ depending on the type of investment. Revenue tied to new investments is recognised in the year after that in which the costs were incurred and are ensured regardless of the volumes transported.
