Does exist a village very important in the 2 WW?
Well, Coventry I don’t believe would fall into the village category but it was important as it was bombed and Churchill knew it and could have prevented it. To have defended would have let the Germans know that British had broken the enigma machine code. He chose not to save the town even though it would cost lives but thought in the long run it would save lives and help win the war.
