Does EXIN provide a real ISO certificate?
Please note: There is a major difference between the Qualification Program IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000 and the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. It is therefore imperative that the two are not confused. Based on this question from our customers, we have seen that ISO/IEC certification for organizations is sometimes confused with the EXIN certification for individuals. EXIN is in no way involved in ISO/IEC certification of organizations and only provides certification to individuals. An organization can choose to operate in compliance with the ISO/IEC 20000 standard or go a step further and request certification by an external auditor in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000. Once again: this is not one of EXIN’s activities!
