• Why doesnt Exetel offer a free spam/virus protection service? • Exetel can not guarantee: • that any filter will be proof against any virus • that any spam control will stop all spam • that any spam control will not stop legitimate email • Since almost complete protection is equivalent to no protection at all, practically the responsibility for spam control and anti virus software still resides with the end user.
