Does Exclusive Image have any rights over the Clients design?
Exclusive Image does not register or protect the design that it created for its`Clients. For example, we provide all the rights for the customers to register their logos. The Client is responsible for protecting and registering the rights of their logo. However we closely watch, so no one is using our samples for false advertising without a writing permission from Exclusive Image. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no one can use Exclusive Image’s design samples other than the Client (contract signer).
