Does Exchange Sentry support Exchange Server 2007 or 2010?

No sorry, it only runs on Exchange 2000 and 2003. The lack of support for Exchange 2007 is due to Microsoft dropping support for the programmatic interface we utilized. Microsoft has a new way to do this however it will require a full rewrite of Exchange Sentry and as such there no plans for this at this time.
