Previous thread noted New Jersey Moped/Motor assist bicycles are allowed on bicycle paths and bicycle lanes but that 50cc scooters are classed as motorcycles and require motorcycle operator licenses while Colorado doesn’t require any drivers license for the same under 50cc scooter so drunks with license pulled ride the little ‘no license required’ scooters. If you are in New Jersey and riding a moped classed as motor assisted bicycle you can use the bicycle lane and make your turn. If you’re in England then you need to check someone who rides there and can check at police station for rules of road.
