You can have BH contractions and NOT know it. I was on a fetal monitor once and they told me I was having BH contractions and had no idea. But I certainly have some I am WELL aware of. You don’t want them (or know you are having them) – they can really get irritating.

NO! I’ve had co-workers that started having braxton hicks starting at 10 weeks pregnant. I’ve had a wife that went through her 1st two pregnancies and never experienced braxton hicks (it wasn’t until her current third one that she started experiencing them around 30 weeks).
